Q: Do I need to be in good physical shape to
do a workshop?
A: No.
You do not need to worry about not being in good physical condition. Being relatively fit and healthy is an asset in doing
a workshop, but the skills required are designed to work for everyone. Many of our participants have serious physical or other
challenges, and are still able to learn how to be safe, and to apply what they learn, with great success. Think of KIDPOWER
as extraordinary self defense for the ordinary person.
